Europa Emeralds Guide

Chapter 1

The first emerald of the game is located at the back of the house with the water wheel

Upon entering the large meadow follow the path to the northeast until you come upon some ruins, the second of the emeralds in this chapter is located in the ruin.

Downhill from that ruin, there should be a slope to find an area with water and some platforms in the middle fo the water. Jump on the platforms and look to your left and right until you come across an emerald on land.

Chapter 2

There’s a building in this chapter where you originally find a Crystal Star. By going to a nearby rock you’ll be able to levitate to the top of that building to find what you’re looking for.

There’s a ramp that you can use to go over the collapsed ruins to advance in the chapter but before taking the ramp go to the left and enter the circular structure to find the next item.

The next one is right across from the first blue cube you come across, it’s in front of a hill.

There’s another tall building with a Crystal Star on top this time, right beyond that inside another circular structure there’s the final hidden emerald of this chapter.

Chapter 3

After collecting a crystal star from a tower fly through some levitating rings towards the light, or if you can’t make you the light then a broken archway. You’ll have to take a slight U-turn to reach the top of the archway but that’s where your first one emerald of this chapter is.

At the first Gardener Turret, there’s a building to your left with an emerald on top that is easy to levitate toward.

There’s a turret in the water next to a robot statue that you can disable to safely take the Emerald next to the statue.

There’s another turret late in the level located in a larger body of water. Behind it there’s an area with a domed roof that you can enter. Go to the end of the walkway within this building to find the last item of Chapter 3.

Chapter 4

Again after being met with a turret, first one of this chapter, there’s a there’s a long building off to the right that you can fly to the top of to get an emerald.

After being prompted to jump down the wall take a look into the distance and you’ll see two emeralds atop buildings. Try to plot a decent route to the top of the buildings using the available rings.

When faced with the giant tower, boost up twice and then go to the circle with the lizards and vases off the edge there’ll be an area for you to glide down to an emerald located on a lonesome arch.

Chapter 5

This one is simpler to find since it’s at the start of the level. After disabling the first turret, fill up on energy in the pool and fly to the top of the building behind said turret. It’s on the left hand side so you may have to land on the arch and jump up again to reach it.

Continue along your way to the bridge but keep your eyes out for a building located in the middle of arches, cliffs, and some water. On top of this building is your latest emerald.

After crossing the first broken bridge there’s a second one to contend with. This time after getting onto the ledge look out for the shine of an emerald atop a building within flying distance.

After making it across the third set of bleu cubes there’s a tall tower to the right with an emerald at its peak. There’s a pool to restore energy nearby so you can ascend to the top and claim Chapter 5’s last one.

Chapter 7

After entering this chapter there’s a stone chest to be found by going northeast.  Continuing north a bit beyond this will show you an emerald atop a building, potentially blurred by the skyline. There’s enough rings leading up to the building for you to collect it.

A platformer speciality this time. The waterfalls leading from the temple are not as they seem, the middle set can be walked through to find unearth a secret space containing an emerald.

Continue past these waterfalls in a counterclockwise rotation from the entrance until again you’ll see a large tower with an emerald on top.

Chapter 8

Whilst wind boosting down the hill keep your eyes out for a circular building with a harsh yellow glow on the bottom. This yellow glow is a journal page, the emerald is located on the top part.

Continue on the hill you’ll see a trail of rings almost leading you to a rocky area off to the left containing an emerald at the top.

After making it through the third marble puzzle continue along the established path of boosting through the hill until you reach a particularly snowy part with a tower just before the wisp puzzle that has an emerald on top of it.

Chapter 9

After entering the underwater section where little tornadoes can shoot you up, there’s three lilypads on the left with an emerald on top.

In the section with the purple crystals allowing you to make jumps across the bridge there’s another lilypad hideaway. This time you have to go down to the ground level to collect an energy ring before flying up to the pads to find the hidden emerald.

Immediately after entering the room with the two whales, look off to the right and you’ll see the next target.

In the larger space with ruins and waterfalls at the trigger button, turn back to look at the tower. There’s a lantern that you can see which indicates that there’s an emerald up higher for you to collect.

Chapter 10

When you reach the ruins while following the fox levitate to the very top of the dome to find the first of chapter 10.

When you reach the icy lake there’s a domed building with an entrypoint and an energy refill to help you get up there so this one is easy enough to find.

Upon finding the green cube puzzle look to the rocks and locate the emerald atop the cliff.

Chapter 12

After the wind boost section you land on a platform next to a tower with an opening towards the bottom. Float down to the opening and use the boost in the centre to fly up to reach the first emerald of this chapter

Continue to ascent until you see another opening in the central tower that has a boost pad in the centre which can fly you up to another emerald.

At the peak of the ascent, you’ll go through a doorway. Immediately after this shift go to the right and past the rubble to find a hidden emerald.

Chapter 13

In the northwestern corner there’s a building with a domed roof that has enough gaps for you to fly in and collect the emerald.

After unlocking the gate from the second puzzle take the exit and find some energy, then fly up to the tower on the right to get an emerald.

After the third cube puzzle go through the gate and fly up towards the left side where there’ll be another item of desire atop the ruins.

In the actual green cube puzzle space, make your way up the cliff in the centre and through the cloud which will leave to reveal an emerald.

The final one is found not long after as you leave the Green Cube puzzle and fly to the northwest to find a ruin with a walkway. The emerald is easy to find here.
