Cat Quest 3 Missing Equipment Tips

To get the hidden treasure chest there’s a very small secret that you have to take advantage of. Head to Furggy Island towards the bottom of the map and then go to the 1,4 square on your map. Where there’s usually a full map border at the bottom there’ll be the slightest break in the sequence which is actually a secret opening.

You’ll get a warning to turn back but if you ignore it the game won’t actually send you back. Follow the lighter trail of water to the right until you come across the Gentlebros. By getting into a lifebuoy you can speak to them and get a quest called The Speech. This area has a slightly foggy effect but the light trail within the water is easy to make out against the darker edges, if you follow it you’ll be taken to exactly where you need to go.

The Speech tasks you with finding three pages which at first might seem daunting but all three are located right beside the gentlebros, one to the left, one to the top, and one just a bit off to the right.

After returning the three pages you’ll receive your quest reward of a Gentlebros outfit and a treasure chest containing The Architect. This here, is likely to be the missing equipment you’ve been searching for and will complete the achievement if you’ve already got the other pieces.

You can be forgiven for being tripped up on this one, you have to disregard what you’ve been taught about the games out of bounds state and take advantage of a slight opening in order to get the missing piece. Once you know where to go though, it is a fairly straightforward endeavor.
