Nobody Wants to Die Ending Walkthrough

Ending 1 – Bad Ending

The worst possible ending as the murderer gets away with the body and James is and James is killed in a gruesome manner.

In order to get this ending you have to make the bad choices, Don’t shoot when prompted to by Icarus, don’t close the door to the Redroom, when asked about the culprit choose to blame the murderer, and don’t shoot Jane Selma.

Ending 2

A similar ending to the first one. The only difference being that the murderer doesn’t appear to get away with the body. In this one, you fire the last shot and kill the body before dying in the same gruesome manner as before.

To get this ending the options you follow are the same as ending 1 except at the end you do choose to shoot Jane Selma. The rest are the same.

Ending 3

This is a slightly better ending with some small victories. Sara’s voice mail strike a much more hopeful tone in the end credits and you do save Jane Selma to some degree despite destroying her body. James still ends up on the shelf though.

This ending is the first time you’ll follow the good options. Shoot when prompted to by Icarus, close the Redroom door, when asked about the culprit ask about “Green” instead of the Murderer and finally shoot Jane Selma.

Ending 4 – Good Ending

After saving Jane Selma, James combats the murderer in his mind and proceeds to live out his days on the beach. Sara’s voice mail is positive as she gets Taylor out and feels better herself, getting closure via the ball. This ending still strikes a sombre tone but it is a more peaceful ending for our protagonist than the rest.

This ending goes much the same as the last one with each step being followed in the same fashion until the finale with Jane Selma. Instead of shooting Jane, throw the weapon away and you’ll achieve this ending.

No, not really. What really matters is the blame part. It doesn’t matter if you shoot corpse on Icarus or close the door in Green apartment. If you blame the murderer you will have option to get endings 1 and 2 (depending on whether you shoot Salma or not) and if you blame Green you can get endings 3 and 4.
