Voidtrain Roadmap

Voidtrain has just been released for Early Access over on Steam. Like many Early Access titles it is rough around the edges with more content promised soon. In this Voidtrain roadmap, I will be detailing what additions are currently scheduled to be made to the game as well as the timeframe for a full release.

Voidtrain Roadmap for New Content

Based on current comments from the developers the game will be in early access for the entirety of 2023, with the full version planned for release at an undetermined time in 2024. Here is what is currently scheduled to be added to early access.

Next Update

  • Improved faces
  • Mini-Games
  • New void creatures
  • AI & Combat improvements
  • Interactive music instruments
  • New train upgrades
  • Chapter 2 of the game story

Coming Later

  • New side missions
  • Rofleemo interactions
  • More enemies
  • More creatures
  • Final chapter of the story

This is the current lineup of additions the developers plan to make as well as general quality of life improvements, bug fixes, and other gameplay tweaks based on the reception of fans playing early access.

Love this game keep up the good work cant wait to see where the story goes. Can we have interactive furniture that would be so cool and make it more immersive as well
