The Plucky Squire Scrolls Walkthrough – All Scroll Locations

Chapter 1

After being joined by the witch go to the next screen and the scroll is next to the tree after the “Tome Tower” text.

The second of the scrolls in this chapter is available on the next page and can be bought from Martina for 20 bulbs.

In Chapter one there are just two scrolls to keep your eyes out as well as one Glitchbird if you want to keep a tally.

Chapter 2

The first scroll of Chapter 2 to keep your eyes out for is on the page where you first come across the bull. Nestled between the lake and a stone wall in front of a bunch of trees you’ll find the scroll.

The second of the lot is purchased from Martina once again for 20 bulbs.

On the dark page, stuck in the lower left corner near the “there was a strange electricity in the air” quote is the next scroll.

Martina has another one on sale for 20 bulbs

On the page with green slimes and the books you’ll find the last scroll of chapter 2, it is in the lower left side surrounded by book piles.

In Chapter 2 there are five different scrolls to find in total, as well as one glitchbird.

Chapter 3

At the very start of this one go into the 3D world and back 2 pages, it is in the top right hidden behind a tree

When the landscape changes to 3D head north and climb the structure, keep following the path until you find the scroll.

In Chapter 3, we’re back to a reduced number of two scrolls and one glitchbird.

Chapter 4

The first of the scrolls in this chapter can be purchased from Martina for 20 bulbs

On the page with the daytime puzzle there’s a little island off to the left, accessible by stairs, which contains the next scroll

In the cave section go to the top right and find the next scroll

Once the landscape shifts to 3D there’ll be some yellow dice which can be pushed out of the way to reveal our next scroll.

After opening the big gate there’s a room with a black ramp, the latest scroll is hidden not after the ramp but by going to the little open space beside the ramp directly next to the white sticker on a wall.

Martina comes through with our next one (20 bulbs)

After your friends are kidnapped by bugs go to the next page and right after the stairs coming from the purple carpet the next scroll is nestled between some trees.

Chapter 4 contains seven different scrolls in total as well as one glitchbird.

Chapter 5

There’s a small house towards the bottom left of the page where you can find your first scroll of this chapter.

Martina sells the next one for a total of 20 bulbs.

After shifting to the 3D landscape go to the top right corner and jump through the duct tape, follow the path after this to find the next scroll in a cup.

On your way back take a detour after the first slope to the Rubik’s Cube, there’s a path to the left which will lead to a scroll.

After bringing all the pigs back to Umber you’ll be rewarded with a scroll.

Our final collectable of this chapter is inside the castle, in the upper right in front of a painting but behind what looks like a statue of a finger.

There are a total of six scrolls to be found in this chapter. There’s also one glitchbird.

Chapter 6

In the area where you have to get 2 devil’s horns to open a door go to the upper left and hit the devil’s horn tree to get the first of this chapter.

Martina will once again have our next one for 20 bulbs

In the bottom right corner of the dark cave you will find the next scroll

Back to the 3D landscape, use the jetpack to go to the left side of the table and go through the parkour section. When you reach a green circle that should send you back to 2D, go up to the left and investigate the trees to find the latest scroll.

Jetpack into the cup you get the instruction to light some candles

At the top of the projector where the final part is you can find a scroll

Back into the save system on the page where you get the “fractured” word from, check behind a pillar on the left of the cave and you’ll find a hidden secret.

In a slight anticlimax, the final bulb of this chapter is bought from none other than Martina for 20 bulbs.

This packed chapter has eight different scrolls and a glitchbird to find.

Chapter 7

Back-to-back Martina scrolls.

In the small section with a locked door, have Tumba dig behind a tree in the left corner it’s on the opposite side of the wall to the two crates marked with a yellow X

At the part where you go behind a mug to get amber, keep going right behind the mug until you hit a scroll

As soon as you go from 2D to 3D this will be visible just follow the path until you reach the dino leg.

Back in 3D and before going into the next 2D gate go to the very right end of the screen where there’s a paperclip and some trees, the next scroll is there in the bottom right.

After getting to use the Bomb Stamp go to the right of the tanks and use the Stamp on the stone.

Our next one is hidden, after placing a bomb on the button to make a bridge, you can actually jump off the bomb and go left to reveal a hidden part of the level containing the next Scroll.

It’s everyone’s favourite MARTINA(!!) coming in clutch for 20 bulbs.

Once again, there’s a total of eight scrolls to discover in this chapter with one glitchbird thrown in to the mix.

Chapter 8

At the starting screen, go to the bonfire and you’ll find a hidden one behind it.

On the right side of town there’s a house resembling a morphed clock containing the next one.

After going to 3D and destroying the tanks go to the right and look behind some books

This chapter is short and sweet, only containing three scrolls and one glitchbird to find.

Chapter 9

At the DEAD END text go right and in behind the table

After getting the Tilt Gauntlets go right into where all the white bottles are

Follow the cockroach path north until you hit the scroll, an arrow will tell you to break left but ignore it.

Back to the table where the book was located go south, past the birthday card and cut down the trees between two ink bottles. This is noticeable when you arrive in the 3D scape but you need the sword to cut down the trees hence waiting until after the other scrolls to get it.

In the puzzle room at the text talking about a “broken Bust” replace the Diamond and Broken then place a bomb

Our next one is purchased from Martin for just 20 bulbs

In the pipe room to the left of the “The Reliable Troops” text head up along the dotted yellow line and bomb the stone

One last appearance from Martina to sell the penultimate scroll, again for just 20 bulbs

Upon arriving at the tower and having the cutscene play go to the right and look among the trees.

Chapter 9 is the last one with collectibles and makes up for it with two Glitchbirds and a whopping nine scrolls to find.
