Dungeonborne Best Solo Class Tips

Best Units

There’s two units out of the currently available classes who can be used in solo runs. The Rogue and the Fighter:

Rogue – Rogue is a class that requires some finesse but it has all the tools necessary to make a solo run. It is quick, can hide, and deals enough damage to keep enemies at bay. The major difference between it and the Fighter is it can’t take as many hits and will be killed easier if it falls into a hoarde.

Fighter – The Fighter is the all-rounder of the game. It can fight well, is ok at defense, has access to just about every type of weapon, can wear heavy armour, and isn’t too slow. It is definitely slow (just not too slow) which is the big difference between it and the rogue, one is crafty, while the other is just a stand-and-fight tank.

Worst Units

There’s other units that absolutely won’t make for a good solo run for a few reasons:

Priest – A healer who can admittedly heal itself to keep a run going but it lacks enough attack power to be capable of a sustained run. It does move quick enough to evade enemies but eventually the attacking weakness will come back to haunt it.

Swordmaster – The Swordmaster is similar to the fighter in that it is a stand and trade tank who can take out enemies with ease, the reason it doesn’t work for solo runs is the lack of mobility is coincided with a poor defence, it has the HP and defence of a rogue with the mobility of a fighter which leaves it as a sitting duck on solos. (This also rules out a Death Knight)

There’s certainly a world where I could see a Pyromancer run being successful but the lack of Melee skills prevents me from putting it in the top section, I wouldn’t put it with worst units either as it is a real attacking phenom who can wipe out enemies with relative ease.
